Mountain Lake Campground sits in a wooded forest on the shore of Summersville Lake. It is a prime location with a variety of sites for tent, trailer or cabin camping. They have 4 different areas of camping. Area #1 is wooded with 50 sites that have electric and water hookups. Area #2 has a private beach and cabins available. Area #3 is primitive camping for tents. Area #4 has 60 sites that overlook the lake, some with lakefront access. A bathhouse and laundry facility is available in each area and a store and playgrounds are provided onsite. The nightly rates range from $20-$52.
